Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You receive the wrong item due to an error on our part.
- The request for a return is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or refunds for live Betta fish unless the fish arrives dead (DOA) or in poor health. In such cases, please refer to the "Live Arrival Guarantee" section below.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We take great care to ensure your Betta fish arrives healthy and safe. However, in rare cases where issues arise, the following terms apply:
- If your Betta fish arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
- Provide clear photos of the fish in its unopened shipping bag for verification.
- Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund for the fish's value (Excluding shipping costs).
Please note: We are not responsible for issues resulting from delays caused by courier services or improper acclimation of the fish after delivery.
Process for Returns

- Provide Evidence: Include photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or dead on arrival.
- Return Authorisation: Wait for our team to issue a return authorisation before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Replacement Policy
In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items,We Always Replace Them In The Box With Your Next Order Free Of Charge. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- For live Betta fish, return shipping is not required; photo evidence is sufficient.
